Ingredientes

  • 2 x ahi tuna steaks 4-6 ounces each, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 med ripe tomato diced fine
  • 6 x green olives pitted and minced
  • 1 Tbsp. scallions minced
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 x clove garlic mashed a healthy pinch of dry whole oregano

Direcciones

  1. 1. Rinse the tuna steaks under cool running water and pat dry. Brush them with 1 tsp. of the extra virgin olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Preheat grill or possibly broiler. Meanwhile, mix all the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. 3. Grill the steaks on high heat or possibly broil, about 2-3 min per side or possibly till desired doneness.
  4. 4. Cover the steaks with topping mix, and serve. Good warm or possibly cool.
