Receta Mediterranean Tuna Steaks

Ingredientes
- 2 x ahi tuna steaks 4-6 ounces each, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste
- 1 med ripe tomato diced fine
- 6 x green olives pitted and minced
- 1 Tbsp. scallions minced
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 x clove garlic mashed a healthy pinch of dry whole oregano
Direcciones
- 1. Rinse the tuna steaks under cool running water and pat dry. Brush them with 1 tsp. of the extra virgin olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.
- 2. Preheat grill or possibly broiler. Meanwhile, mix all the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- 3. Grill the steaks on high heat or possibly broil, about 2-3 min per side or possibly till desired doneness.
- 4. Cover the steaks with topping mix, and serve. Good warm or possibly cool.
