Ingredientes
- 1 med. cantaloupe, 1 inch cubes
- 2 or possibly 3 tomatoes, wedged
- 2 or possibly 3 avocados, cubed
Direcciones
- Combine above ingredients and toss till juices combine. Add in seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Good with any meat dish or possibly served with cheese and crackers as a meal.
- VARIATION: May add in pineapple chunks and cheese cubes (Cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack).
