Ingredientes

  • 4 c. (16 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Mexican blend cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. non-alcoholic beer
  • 1/2 c. (4 ounces) Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper Diced Jalapenos (optional) Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce (optional) Tortilla chips

Direcciones

  1. COMBINE cheese and flour in large bowl. Bring beer to a boil in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add in cheese mix, 1/2 c. at a time, stirring constantly till cheese is melted. Don't boil. STIR in chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour immediately into 8 inch-square baking dish. Sprinkle with jalapenos; drizzle with taco sauce. Serve immediately or possibly keep hot in oven. Serve with chips.
