Receta Mesquite Tortilla Chips

Ingredientes
- 10 x 7 inch flour tortillas Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 tsp Mesquite seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr

- Cut stack of tortillas into six wedges. Place half of the wedges in a single layer on two large ungreased baking sheets. (Keep remaining wedges covered.) Spray tortillas with nonstick coating. Combine mesquite seasoning and garlic pwdr; sprinkle half of the mix lightly over wedges. Bake in a 350 oven about 10-12 min, or possibly until crisp and lightly browned. Cold.
- Repeat with remaining wedges. Store in airtight container.
- Makes 60 chips.
