Receta Mexi Corn Bread
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 can mexi-corn, liquid removed
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add in extra lowfat milk if needed to make a smooth batter. Pour into well greased oblong pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min. Serve warm.
