Receta Mexican Chef's Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 ounce. French or possibly Thousand Island dressing (Catalina)
- Warm sauce (optional) (La Victoria green taco sauce)
- 1 c. corn tortilla chips (taco-flavored Doritos)
- 1 lg. avocado
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (15 ounce.) can kidney beans
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Chop onion, tomatoes, lettuce. Toss with grated cheese, dressing and warm sauce to taste. Crunch and add in chips. Slice and add in avocado. Brown grnd beef, add in liquid removed kidney beans and salt to grnd beef and simmer for 10 min. Mix into cool salad. Decorate with extra chips, avocado and tomato. Serves 6.
