Receta Mexican Chicken With Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- Sliced mushrooms (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Fry chicken in oil till delicately brown. Remove from pan. Add in uncooked rice and fry. Add in rest of ingredients; add in chicken. Simmer, covered, undisturbed for 30 min. Great served with fresh pinto beans, flour tortillas and salsa. Makes 4-6 servings.
