Receta Mexican Club (Turkey)
Ingredientes
- 2 sm. avocados, peeled & pitted
- 1/4 pound onions, minced
- 1 tbsp. minced cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Make guacamole by mashing avocados and mixing with remaining ingredients. Mix picante mayonnaise. Keep tortillas moist by covering with a damp cloth. Spread picante mayonnaise over tortilla. Sprinkle with chilies, lettuce and tomato. Place guacamole on top. Place bacon strips and sliced turkey on top. Mix in sides of tortilla, 2" on each side. Roll up like an egg roll. Top with cheddar cheese, heat under broiler (or possibly in microwave). Cut into 3 even pcs; top each with a whole olive. Yield: 6 servings.
