Receta Mexican Fajita Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Market Day Fajita Strips (beef, chicken or possibly both)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 c. green onion, minced
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, minced (opt.)
- 1 avocado, peeled & minced
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Thaw fajita strips in the refrigerator overnight. Put together all but last three ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together lowfat sour cream, salsa and chili pwdr. Just before serving, toss salad with lowfat sour cream mix.
