Ingredientes
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. chili salsa
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- In 12-inch frying pan, heat oil. Add in rice; cook till golden, stirring often. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring mix to boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15-20 min or possibly till rice is tender. Season to taste; serve additional salsa, if you like.
