Receta Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce.) box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour
- 5 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mix cereal and sugar. Add in beaten Large eggs, oil and buttermilk. Then add in remaining ingredients. Butter muffin tins or possibly use papers and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Batter can be stored, covered, for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator.
