Receta Mexican Guacamole
Ingredientes
- 2 medium avocados
- 1/2 tomato, minced
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- squeeze of lemon juice
- garlic pwdr
- salt
- optional:
- some minced cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeño, chopped
Direcciones
- Scoop the avocado out into a bowl using a spoon. Mash with a fork. Squeeze in lemon juice, add in salt and garlic pwdr to taste, minced tomato, chopped onion, (minced cilantro, chopped jalapeño), and mix.Tip: To keep the guacamole from turning brown, put the seed from one of the avocados in the bowl of guacamole. It keeps the guacamole bright green.
