Receta Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 med. onion, sliced and separated rings
- 6 c. sliced pared potatoes
Direcciones
- Brown chops on both sides in oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper and chicken broth. Cook, stirring constantly till mix comes to a boil. Place potatoes in bottom of 7 x 11 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Top with onion rings. Pour chicken broth mix over top. Top with pork chops. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove cover and continue baking 30 min till meat is tender.
