Ingredientes
- 1 1/2-2 pound hamburger
- 1 lg. onion
- Garlic pwdr
- Pepper, salt lightly
- Warm sauce (either a pkg. taco mix, a jar of salsa, or possibly green chiles)
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- Colby cheese, 1/2 pound or possibly more, as desired (grated)
- 12-16 corn tortillas
Direcciones
- Put together hamburger, garlic pwdr, salt, pepper and onion (minced); fry till done. Add in hot sauce and soup; put together. Spray roasting pan with Pam.Layer 4 tortillas (they form the bottom layer). Add in hamburger mix, about 1/4 of it. Then add in grated colby cheese (use cheese generously). Repeat above procedure and end with grated colby cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees till done and bubbly, 45 min or possibly an hour.
