  • 2 avocados, minced
  • 2 cucumbers, seeded and minced
  • 1 medium red onion, minced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, de-veined and steamed *
  • limes, quartered
  • Tabasco sauce
