Receta Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredientes
- 1 large can V-8 juice or possibly Clamato (spicy if you like)
- 2 avocados, minced
- 2 cucumbers, seeded and minced
- 1 medium red onion, minced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, de-veined and steamed *
- limes, quartered
- Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in a large non-reactive container. Let sit for a couple hrs in refrigerator, or possibly overnight. Serve with limes and Tabasco sauce.* Don't over-cook the shrimp, as they will become tough! Serves 4 - 6
