Ingredientes
- 4 gals cooked brown rice
- 1 can #10 tomato sauce
- 1 gal minced onion
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 2 oz taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 qt vegetable stock
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup Worcesterchire sauce
Direcciones
- Heat oil and add onions to cook until slightly browned.
- Add garlic and taco seasoning and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add veggie stock and simmer about 5-10 minutes on medium.
- Mix tomato sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked onion mix into rice.
- Heat thoroughly for service.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
