Receta Mexican Turkey Burritos

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 jar salsa
- Lowfat sour cream
- 8 soft flour tortillas
Direcciones
- Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till soft. Brown turkey, add in water and seasoning mix. Combine above ingredients. Microwave tortillas till soft (25 seconds) and prepare as burritos, tacos, salads, or possibly nachos. Serve with brown rice and refried beans. Serves 8.
- For a vegetarian meal purchase a box of nature burgers from your local health food store and substitute.
