Receta Mia's Chili Con Queso

Ingredientes
- 2 quart Chicken broth or possibly 4 cans
- 1 x 2 pound box Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 c. Picante sauce, med. or possibly warm
- 1 med Onion, finely minced
- 2 med Tomatoes, minced
- 3 med Poblano peppers (optional), peeled & minced
- 1 med Bell pepper, minced
- 1 c. Mix to thicken (water and cornstarch)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in small amount of oil about 5 min. Add in tomatoes and peppers and saute/fry another 5 min. Add in warm sauce and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat below boiling point and add in cheese cubes, stirring constantly. After cheese has melted and blended, pour in water and cornstarch. Stir constantly untill thickened to desired consistency.
- Put in crock pot or possibly fondue pot to keep hot.
- NOTES : If cheese mix separates, cold mix and mix with electric blender. Reheat, stirring constantly.
