Receta Miami Orange Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 boneless beast of chicken halves
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. orange, cut into 6 slices, peeled
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry chicken pcs. Place in large, flat baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to taste. Spread orange marmalade on each piece of chicken. Top each piece with a Tbsp. of butter. Lay an orange slice on top of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 min more. Yield: 6 servings.
