Receta Microwavable Breakfast Egg Squares
Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 c. lightly toasted corn squares cereal
- 2 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 strip bacon or possibly 1 tbsp. finely diced ham
Direcciones
- With fork, beat egg in microwavable 2 c. bowl. Add in butter. Microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds till softly set but moist. Stir with fork to break up egg. Add in remaining ingredients and stir. Microwave on high 20 seconds or possibly till cheese is melted. Let stand 2 to 3 min and serve. This makes an excellent breakfast for school children.
