  1. Tear bread into pcs in 9-inch round dish. Cook lowfat milk and butter on high for 3 min. Stir small amount of hot lowfat milk into beaten large eggs. Return large eggs to lowfat milk. Add in other ingredients. Pour over bread. Cook on high 7 min. Cook up to 2 min longer if center is not hard.
  2. Mix sugar and rum together in 2 cup measuring cup. Add in butter. Cook on high 2 min. Serve warm over bread pudding.
