Receta Microwave Cheese Soup With Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Flour c Lowfat milk
- 1 can Chicken broth
- 1 pkt (10z.) vegetables (broccoli, California blend, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp Celery salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 lb Cubed processed American cheese
Direcciones
- Precook vegetables according to package directions. Brown onion and margarine in 2 qt microwave bowl with cover. Cook on high for 3 to 4 min. Shake lowfat milk and flour together to make paste. Add in to onion mix.
- Slowly add in 1 can chicken broth. Add in precooked vegetables to liquid mix.
- Add in celery salt and pepper. Cook on high 1 1/2 min, then on medium-low for 15 min (covered). Add in 1/3 lb. cubed cheese and stir. Cover tightly till cheese melts (or possibly heat on low for 1 minute). Stir and serve.
