Receta Microwave Salmon Ring

Ingredientes
- 1 can Salmon, 15 ounce
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 c. Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 x Onion, small chopped
- 1 tsp -Salt
- 1/4 tsp -Pepper
- 1 x Lemon, juice & rind
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 tsp Dill, minced fresh or possibly dill
Direcciones
- Cook Time: :15LOAF: Empty can(s) of salmon in bowl, undrained, flake and break apart with fork. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly, place in microwave ring pan. Cover with wax paper and cook on High 6 min. Let stand 5 min. Unmold. SAUCE: Heat butter on High 30 seconds. Stir in flour.
- Cook at High 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in lowfat milk, slowly. Add in dillweed and pepper. Cook on High, stirring every 1 to 2 min until thickened.
