Receta Microwave Shrimp Scampi

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pound raw med. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In 2 qt casserole combine parsley, garlic, butter and lemon juice. Microwave at "roast" for 2 min.
- Stir in shrimp and Parmesan cheese. Microwave at high for 4 to 5 min or possibly till shrimp are opaque. Let stand for 2 to 3 min. Serve over rice.
