This is a great twist on traditional shrimp scampi.

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter, Divided
  • 1 Medium Onion, Halved & Sliced Thin
  • 1/8 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Lb. Medium Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Ocean Spray Orange Flavored Craisins
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

Direcciones

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine over medium-high heat in a large non-stick skillet. Add onion, salt and pepper; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add shrimp and garlic, cook for an additional 7 minutes or until shrimp is cooked throughout and pink in color, stirring occasionally. Stir in dried cranberries, lemon juice and remaining 1 tablespoon butter; heat through. Serve with linguine or rice.
