Receta Microwave Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes
- 5 green peppers (tops removed & seeded)
- 3/4 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 5 slices sharp cheddar cheese (opt.)
Direcciones
- Put peppers in microwave ring mold or possibly microwave pie plate. Mix ingredients except tomato sauce and cheese. Spoon into peppers. Pour tomato sauce over peppers and cover with plastic wrap. Cook 20 to 25 min or possibly till peppers are tender and mix is done. Remove plastic wrap and top each pepper with cheese if you like. Return plastic wrap and let stand 10 min.
