Receta Microwave Vanilla Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 slightly beaten Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- In medium size glass bowl, combine cornstarch and sugar with whisk. Stir in lowfat milk slowly. Cook on high power 5 to 7 min or possibly till thickened, stirring every 2 min. Beat half of warm mix into the Large eggs. Blend egg mix into remaining warm mix. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min or possibly till thickened, stirring every 45 seconds. With whisk, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes; cover and chill.
