Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Red bell pepper, diced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 3/4 c. Quinoa
- 1 1/2 c. Vegetable broth
Direcciones
- Place pepper, garlic, onion and sesame oil in a 4-c. glass measure.
- Microwave uncovered on High for 2 min and stir. Add in quinoa and broth and microwave on high for 5 min, stirring once. Microwave on medium
- (50%) for 15 min. Stir. Microwave on high another 2 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed. Grains should be pearly, with white outline visible.
- Fluff with a fork.
