Receta Easy Microwave Rice Pilaf
Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced green peppers
- 1 to 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
- Dash garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine onion, celery, green pepper, and butter in 1 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr, cover, and microwave on high 3 to 5 min. Stir in warm water, uncooked rice, and bouillon. Microwave 5 min on high, then 10 to 12 min on 50 % power. Let stand 5 min, fluff with fork! Excellent.
