Receta Microwaved Salmon Or Halibut Steaks
Ingredientes
- 4 (1" thick) salmon Or possibly halibut steaks of equal
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt, lemon pepper, paprika
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 8 washed lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- In 10 inch glass casserole, arrange fish in 4 corners with narrow ends of fish toward center of dish. In glass c. heat butter, or possibly high for 30 seconds. Add in lemon juice and pour proportionately over fish. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. Top with onion slices and sprinkle with paprika. Cover each steak with a damp lettuce leaf. Microwave on high 5-7 min, rotating dish 1/4 turn, halfway through cooking. Rest 5 min, covered.
- Arrange fish on fresh lettuce leaves, discarding microwaved lettuce. Garnish with lemon slices.
