Receta Midwestern Butter Bean Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can butter beans
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans diced chili peppers
- 1 tbsp. chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Direcciones
- Cook pork, onion and garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, butter beans, tomato sauce, chili peppers, chili pwdr, sugar, salt, basil, black pepper and red pepper. Bring mix to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 min.
