Receta Mincemeat Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. firmly crushed saltines, approximately 26
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 1/3 c. mincemeat
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients except nuts and mincemeat. Reserve 1 c. crumbs. Press firmly the rest of crumb mix in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon mincemeat over crust. Top with remaining c. of crumbs and nuts. Press gently, bake for 30 min till edges are lightly browned. Cold completely and cut into bars.
