Receta Minestrone Soup For The Crockpot

Ingredientes
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1 lb corn chickpeas
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 pkt frzn minced spinach
- 1 can tomatoes - (10 ounce)
- 1 med potato diced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni cooked
- Â Â Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except macaroni and cheese in crock pot. Add in water if chicken broth does not cover. Cook on HIGH 1 hour, then switch to LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Or possibly cook on AUTOmatic 5 to 6 hrs.
- One half hour before serving, add in macaroni. Serve soup generously sprinkled with cheese.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
