  1. Heat caramels in 2/3 c. lowfat milk. Heat butter and add in to cake mix with 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk. Mix well and cover bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with half of cake mix mix. Bake for 6 min at 350 degrees.
  2. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips, then pour on caramel mix. May top with minced pecans if you like. 300 degrees for 20-25 min. Cold before cutting.
