Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Crumbled vanilla wafers or possibly graham crackers
- Canned cherry pie filling
Direcciones
- Put cookie or possibly graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla till creamy and without lumps. Spoon equal amount over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 min. Make 6 to 9 cupcakes. When cold, top with cherries and chill till ready to serve.
