Receta Mori Nu "Lite" Eggless Egg Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Mori-Nu Lite Tofu, hard (10.5 ounce), liquid removed
- 1 tsp Each: apple cider vinegar and honey or possibly other natural sweetener
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. Each: diced celery, onion
- 1 tsp Parsley, minced
- Â Â ds Paprika
- Â Â ds Pepper
Direcciones
- Crumble tofu into a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, honey and turmeric. Mix thoroughly and pour over crumbled tofu.
- Add in celery, onion, parsley, paprika and pepper. Mix thoroughly.Chill approximately 30 minutesto allow flavors to meld.
- Makes three 1/2 c. servings.
