Receta Mini Crawfish Pies

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Crawfish tails Or possibly shrimp
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bn Shallots -- minced
- 1/2 x Onion -- minced
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 1 dsh Cayanne pepper
- Â Â Couple shakes parsley
- Â Â Flakes
- 1 pkt Mini pie shells/tarts (8 in Box)
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large skillet, add in shallots and onion. Add in crawfish (or possibly shrimp) and both soups. Cook, stirring frequently. Prepare shells according to package. Fill the shells with mix and bake till heated through or possibly pie shells are done. (oven temp. 350*)
- Note: can be made ahead and frzn.
- Keep in freezer no longer than 2 weeks. This should hold everyone over for a while (vbg). Use the other pound of craWWWWWfish for this. A store by us has those bags of "catnip" for $3.99lb. BTW, this recipe freezes well.
