- Heat oven to 350. Arrange 36 doubled mini muffin baking c. on 2 jelly roll pans or possibly cookie sheets with sides.
- Heat butter in a 3-quart. saucepan over medium low heat. Add in chocolate chips and stir till melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Add in Large eggs and stir briskly till blended.
- Fill baking sups 3/4 full. Bake 20 to 25 min till tops look cracked and pick inserted in center has moist crumbs. Cold on pan on wire rack.
- Makes 36.
