Ingredientes
- 2 c. low fat cottage cheese
- 1 to 2 tbsp. low fat lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salad mustard
- Dash of white pepper
- Dash of nutmeg
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon dry chopped onion
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton of egg beaters
- 3/4 c. Swiss cheese
- 24 mini tart shells
Direcciones
- Combine low fat cottage cheese, low fat lowfat milk, salad mustard, pepper, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and chopped onion in blender. Blend till smooth and add in Egg Beaters and Swiss cheese. Blend till mixed. Pour into tart shells and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, or possibly bake in regular pie shell at 375 degrees for 45 min. Can be prepared early and frzn.
