Ingredientes
- 3 bn Cilantro stems trimmed,
- Â Â and finely minced
- 1 sm bunch Fresh mint, leaves only finely minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Freshly-grated ginger
- 1 x Serrano chiles - (to 2) finely minced
- Â Â with seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Juice of 1 small lemon
- 1/2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients in a bowl. Turn out onto a board and chop till a paste is formed.
- This recipe yields 1 3/4 c. of chutney.
