Receta Mint Chuntey
Best Mint chutney ever! Mom's recipe.
The amount of chutney will be enough for a whole month! You can freeze it in ice cube tray.
It can be used as it is or can be added in yogurt. For adding in yogurt take one icecube size frozn chutney and add in a yogurt bowl.
Enjoy with cutlets, pakoras, samosa, broast, rice or curry
Ingredientes
- Mint leaves 20bunches
- Tomatoes 10
- Red Chilli 10 (small)
- Red Chilli Powder 2sp
- Salt 2sp
- dried pomegranate seeds 1sp
Direcciones
- Grind all the ingredients well. Don't pour mint leaves all at once.
