Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Jello Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate (4-Serving)
- Â Â Pudding Mix
- 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 1Â 1/3 c. Water
- 1 c. Cold Whip Lite
- 1 x Keebler Chocolate-Flavored Piecrust (6-Oz)
- 3/4 tsp Mint Extract
- 3 dsh Green Food Coloring (3 To 4)
- 1 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips (1/4 Oz)
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry lowfat milk pwdr. Add in water.
- Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/4 c. cold whip lite. Pour mix into piecrust. Chill while preparing topping. In a small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 c. cold whip lite, mint extract and green food coloring. Spread topping mix proportionately over set filling. Sprinkle chocolate chips proportionately over top. Chill at least 1 hour. Cut into 8 servings.
