Receta Minute Steaks Gyros

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Minced cucumber
- 1 Tbsp. Minced onion
- 1/2 tsp Minced fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
- 3/4 tsp Leaf oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd allspice
- 2 x Minute steaks (10 ounces), cut crosswise into 2 x 1/4
- Â Â Inch strips
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 lrg Pita breads, cut in half
- Â Â Sliced cucumber
Direcciones
- 1. Prepare yogurt sauce: Combine yogurt, cucumber, onion, mint and salt.
- 2. Prepare Gyros: Combine garlic, oregano, coriander, salt and allspice in small bowl. Pat minute steak dry on paper toweling. Add in to spice mix.
- 3. Cook steak in oil in skillet over medium heat till medium-rare, 2 to 3 min. Spoon into pita. Garnish with cucumber. Serve with sauce.
