Ingredientes
- 3 lrg Zucchini cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh oregano or possibly 2 tsp., crumbled dry
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp Minced fresh rosemary or possibly healthy pinch of dry, crumbled
Direcciones
- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler. Brush zucchini with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of zucchini with oregano, garlic and rosemary. Season zucchini slices generously with salt and pepper. Grill or possibly broil till zucchini is tender, about 4 min per side.
- Serves 4.
