Receta Miso Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1/2 x Daikon (or possibly turnip), diced
- 2 x Carrots, diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Wakame seaweed, soaked in boiling water, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Barley miso
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Basil
- 1 tsp Marjoram
Direcciones
- Put everything together in a large pot except miso. Cook till the vegetables are tender, Take a small amount of warm liquid from the pot and gradually stir into the miso. Then add in to the pot. Hot gently without boiling and serving.
