Receta modern slaw with vinaigrette
Ingredientes
- slaw:
- 1/4c thinly sliced red onion in half moons
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 lbs green cabbage outer leaves and core discarded and very thinly sliced
- 1 carrot peeled and julienned
- 1/3 c chopped cilantro
- 1 fresh red chili minced and seeded
- vinaigrette:
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp oil
- kosher salt and pepper

- for the vinaigreeet add all ingredients to a little jar with lid and shake. Pour over slaw and toss well
