Receta Moist Low Fat Brownies

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 2 jar prune baby food - (2 1/2 ounce ea)
- 1 c. egg substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Nonstick cooking spray
Direcciones
- Combine butter, baby food, egg substitute and vanilla. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa pwdr, instant coffee and salt in mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in egg mix. Stir just till all ingredients are blended.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spread batter proportionately in bottom of pan. Bake at 375 degrees till brownies are set in center, 20 to 25 min.
- Remove from oven and let cold. Cut into squares.
- This recipe yields 16 brownies.
