Receta Moist & Tasty Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. nuts
Direcciones
- Cream sugar, large eggs and oil. Add in pumpkin. Add in sifted dry ingredients, alternating with water and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add in minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 loaf pans for 45 min. Bananas or possibly applesauce may be substituted for pumpkin.
