Receta Molasses Apple Crisp

Ingredientes
- 6 c. sliced apples (about 4 lg.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 5 tbsp. molasses
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees G. Grease a 6x10x2 inch pan or possibly baking dish.
- Pare and core apples; slice about 1/8 inch thick. Mix together 1/4 c. sugar, nutmeg, salt and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Alternate apples and sugar mix in prepared baking dish. Spoon 4 Tbsp. molasses over top.
- Mix together remaining 1/4 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp. molasses, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, butter and flour to a crumb consistency. Sprinkle proportionately over apples. Bake uncovered 50 min or possibly till apples are done. Serve hot. (Makes 6 servings)
