Receta Molded Avacado Ring

Ingredientes
- 2 env unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1Â 1/4 c. Boiling water
- 6 Tbsp. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grated onion
- 2Â 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 3 c. Sieved avocado
- 3/4 c. Salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Soften gelatin in cool water. Dissolve in boiling water. Season with lemon juice, grated onion, salt, and Tabasco. Stir in avocado and salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise. Pour into 8-inch ring mold and refrigeratetill hard.
- Yield: 6 to8 servings.
